The Kitries house is located above the port of Kitries, accessible in 2 minutes by car. Kalamata and its international airport is 20 minutes away. Kardamyli, a picturesque village in Mani is just 25 minutes from the property. Shops and taverns are less than 10 minutes from the property.
Swimming is very pleasant directly at the port of Kitries but there is also the sandy beach of Sandova, visible from the house and 5 minutes by car.
The interior space is made up of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with WC and a living room opening onto a fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, coffee maker and SMEG refrigerator)
