We present a beautiful stonehouse of 170 sqm in the area of Megali Mantineia, near Kalamata.

The house, built in 2003, has asphalt access and is approached through a paved courtyard which hosts a swimming pool.

Entering the house we find the living room area where there is a traditional fireplace while in a separate area is the kitchen.

From an internal wooden staircase we are led to the two bedrooms and the bathroom which are south facing. Heading west through the space we are led to another living room with its own internal staircase from which one can access the master bedroom of the house. From this bedroom we have access to the terrace from which there are unobstructed views of the sea and the mountain as well as the terrace where an outdoor sitting area can also be created.

The house can be used both as a holiday home and as a permanent residence as it is not far from the service points of daily needs while combining privacy and tranquility.
